1. Print-On-Demand Production Times
   1. At ZodiPaws, most of our products are lovingly made to order. Once you place an order, we begin the production process through our print-on-demand partners. This approach allows us to minimize waste and offer truly unique, personalized items.
   2. Books and Custom Items: Typically, our custom and personalized books take 7–10 business days to print and prepare for shipment.
   3. Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, etc.): Most print-on-demand merchandise is produced within 3–7 business days, depending on the product and current demand.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
   1. After the production phase, your order will be shipped out. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
      1. Domestic (Within the United States of America): Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 7-14 business days.
         1. Please note that these are estimated timelines. Peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected events may occasionally cause longer production or shipping times.
3. Multiple Shipments
   1. If your order contains multiple items—especially if some are books and others are from a different print-on-demand service—your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
4. Tracking Your Order
   1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your package. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Costs & Fees
   1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
   2. These additional charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
   1. If you suspect your order is lost or severely delayed, please contact us. While we cannot control carrier delays, we’ll do our best to help locate your package or provide a suitable solution.
7. Changes & Cancellations
   1. Because our products are made on demand, changes or cancellations after production begins may not be possible. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
